Having settled in Western Australia over 30 years ago, and coming from a teaching background where she learnt the art of mutual negotiation, Nikki now possesses over 9 years of hands on Property Management experience.

After initially working  with two large ‘number based’ portfolio style management companies, where communication with clients was not always seen as an important part of her role, Nikki felt she had more to offer. She wanted to work for a company and in a role where she could make a difference, and actually help her clients. So, she made the chance, and has now spent the past 4 years being much more hands on, and in tune with her clients properties and needs. This is how she likes to operate, so she is always happy to chat with you about your property and finding ways to enhance the rental experience for both you the owner, and also your tenant. Nikki offers an enthusiasm for her role, a passion for the industry and a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience. 

​Outside of the office, Nikki is the proud Mum to her 2 grown children, and her much loved cat.
