We recently purchased a house through Prestige Property and are now happily calling it “home”. I recently put my house on the market. I had lived there for 20 years and this was a particularly emotional and daunting time for me. Andrew was recommended to me by a friend. From the moment I met Andrew he put me at ease with his professionalism and friendly nature. Andrew showed a great deal of patience, going through everything with me and answering my endless questions. He gave me some great advice about getting the house ready for sale and was very thorough in his appraisal. The price he came up with was more than I was expecting. I was kept very well informed through the whole process which made me feel much more confident about what was happening. As this was close to Christmas we came up with a couple of options, but decided to put the house on the market and see what happened. The house sold in 4 days!!
