Nikki was my property manager since 2021 and from the start was amazing. She had an amazing relationship with the owner who too was considerate of my circumstances. Nikki always went above and beyond to help us and together with the owner managed to not hike our rental fees over the years. Im grateful to people like Nikki. When the owner advised he was going to sell the unit, she notified me 6/7 month before my lease expired and I was able to actually purchase the unit and not have to move. I’ve had positive experiences from her colleges at Prestige Property too and if you are not as lucky as I was to have Nikki as your property manager, I would think the culture of everyone is very similar.
