Amber took over the management of our investment property only recently, which coincided with the current tenants vacating. She was quickly and very efficiently onto the matter, ensuring the old tenants fully met their obligations in regards to moving out. She then established what needed to be done in preparation for new good tenants to move in, and then arranged for that work to be done, all whilst finding us 3 excellent potential candidates, and therefore re-leasing the property with an absolute minimum of rent loss to us!!
