I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew Amos and Prestige Property Perth for the friendly, helpful, personal service our family received in the selling process of 5 Minden Rise Sorrento. Even from the moment we engaged Andrews services which was 10 weeks prior to going on the market we received sound advice to prepare the house for sale. He had several cost effective suggestions and also supplied contacts for several trades to fulfil the work required. We found all the trades Andrew suggested were of the highest standard in making the house ready for sale. The sale process was extremely efficient with high attention to detail especially the weekly communication from Andrew which gave great insight to the public feedback on our property. Upon the sale and right up to settlement everything was professional which allowed the smooth handover of keys to the happy new owners on settlement.
